I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I took my Toyota in for an acute problem where the car was shaking, they spent several days diagnosing the problem. Ultimately, my car needed a new engine which was really surprising and unexpected. Knowing that I was going to have to get a new car after this, they didn’t charge me any cost for the diagnostics and all of their effort. They really make you feel like you matter as a customer and a person.

I was in from out of town and my car was in trouble. No idea where to go. The Conveniece auto guys were GREAT! Diagnosed, four tires bought, shuttle to and from lodging, in less than 8 hours! They are kind, honest, and fair!

Brought my car in for an inspection. People seemed nice but they tried to charge me nearly $4000 for breaks, calipers, and roters. Consulted family members and other mechanics... they were shocked.to say the least. My partner picked up my car today and the breaks were worse than I left them (they were working pretty well when I brought it there, so I have no idea what they could have done). I don't know where these people get off trying to screw over fem people. Will never bring my car back here.

Word of mouth lead me to these guys a couple years ago… Thank goodness…They have been consistently professional and knowledgeable, besides always doing great work—plus they are totally friendly, caring, and kind. Besides honest and trustworthy. For real. They stop at nothing till they analyze and solve even the most confounding problem. I feel pretty darned sure this is the best place to take your car. I love ‘em.

Great experience all the way around from customer service to the work that was done. These guys are awesome. I set an appointment and they got me right in and out driving down the road safely with my family. Also got a new air freshener lol. Would recommend convenience auto service for any of your auto repair needs
